  • Introducing a converged newsroom strategy: Examine why newsroom convergence is an essential editorial and business strategy, how to overcome resistance to change, and the importance of clear communication and senior management support. Learn how to establish a centralised ‘content factory’ (superdesk) and align objectives and appraisals with convergence goals.
  • Lesson: Newsroom convergence: Access a ready-to-use lesson plan for trainers on the principles and practicalities of newsroom convergence, including discussion points and exercises to help teams adapt to new workflows and responsibilities.
