Project management

In this section we look at how to manage a media project, whether it's setting up a new converged newsroom or building a refugee news operation in exile. We look at the workflows, roles and responsibilities required, and how to plan a smooth transition from concept to broadcast and publication. Included in this section are some tools to help with project planning, and examples of successful projects carried out by MHM contributors.
