This sample training timetable has been created for the benefit of any trainers who are planning to download and adapt one of our MHM lesson outlines for their own specific purposes.

Our template will save you the time and effort of having to work out a schedule for the training event; all you need to do is fill out the template fields below, preview, make sure you are happy with it, then click ‘Save & View Template’. Once the page loads you can print it out for yourself and your participants.

We have used the standard eight-hour working day format broken into four sessions, two in the morning and two in the afternoon. The MHH Training Template has three breaks built in, one in the morning, a lunch break, and one in the afternoon.

How to fill in the template

After studying the related MHM material associated with the lesson you are delivering, fill in the form below to create your lesson timetable which can be tailored to your own training requirements. Here is how to use the form.

  • Session title: Give each session a title relevant to the topic area you intend to cover.
  • Aims: Write a brief description of the aims of the session so that participants know what to expect.
  • Presentation: Set out what your presentation for the session will cover.
  • Activity: Add details any group or individual activities for that session based on the MHM material on which the lesson you are designing is based.
  • Discussion: Explain what the group will be asked to discuss at the end of the particular session.
